The May Hill View Self Catering first floor Apartment is a suite of rooms approached by an external stairway and let exclusively to one booking. It comprises two bedrooms, shower room with WC, kitchenette and lounge area with exposed oak beams featuring throughout.
The apartment can be booked for both short and longer stays and our tariff gives daily rates as follows:
Tariff for the apartment (normal occupancy of two guests in one bedroom) :
£70 per night (a supplement is applicable for bookings of less than three nights).

Additional supplement of £20 applicable for all Bank Holidays.
The apartment is ideally suited for up to three guests but can accommodate up to five by request. There is a double bedroom room and a smaller bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds that have been specially adapted to fit round the beautiful original beams; ideal for children. The small and compact kitchenette is equipped with larder fridge, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, combi oven with grill and microwave and an electric twin hotplate.
The cosy and comfortable lounge area provides for peaceful relaxation. There is a radio and CD player, television with Freeview, DVD and iPod docking station and a selection of DVDs, books and board games.
There is no wifi in the apartment however, guests are welcome to use the free wifi in the main residence.
You will also find brochures and leaflets at the property giving a whole range of information to help you plan your days out and about.
Towels and bed linen are provided. A daily housekeeping service can be arranged if required.
A vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items are supplied. Cleaning at the end of the stay is not included but can be arranged for a charge of £30.

Our King Charles Cavaliers, Coco and Louis also live here. We welcome well behaved small dogs only and charge £7 per day. We ask that they are kept on a lead and not allowed on the furniture or indoors at all if wet.
